SUMMARY: This book helps to unlock this complex reality of faith. It empowers readers (and communities) to celebrate their unique combination of FaithStyle facets. Furthermore, it identifies how we can support each other on our unique faith paths.

A FaithStyle is a frame of reference that helps you with the ultimate meaning of life. It is a “lens” on your faith.

A FaithStyle develops over a period of time through different interactions and experiences in various relationships. Each person, community or group has a unique, integrated mix of FaithStyles. Your FaithStyle is as personal and detailed as your fingerprints.

Faith leaders often look for ways to assist people in their faith journey. We think the best way to do that is not to look at what people believe, but much rather how people believe. Therefore, FaithStyle does not focus on the “content” of faith, but on the perspectives that believers use to make sense of life. We identify how people believe and how we can give direction and support to each person on his or her unique faith path.

FaithStyle helps faith and community leaders to re-design the development of their congregations or communities. The FaithStyle profile of groups or communities will give leaders access to people’s inner world and deepest needs. This will lead to a deeper impact due to a tailor-made faith journey.
